Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. The service
SparkQuote Pro ("we", "us") provides web-based software that lets skilled trade businesses build, send, and track customer quotes. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter a contract. One account is intended for one business.
3. Plans, billing, and cancellation
The Free plan allows a limited number of new quotes per calendar month. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance, in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your account page; access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown pre-tax and applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change prices with notice before your next renewal.
For refund requests, email us at theelectricalguide@gmail.com and describe your situation. We review requests individually.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the quotes, customer details, logos, and other content you put into SparkQuote Pro. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content so we can operate the service for you — for example generating PDFs, sending quote emails, and hosting shareable quote links.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your quotes and pricing, for having the right to use any logo you upload, and for complying with the laws and licensing rules of your trade and location.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam or deceptive quotes, to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the service running reliably, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not a substitute for professional judgement about pricing, code compliance, or contracts with your customers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost jobs.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we are required to close by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
